Damn Delicious : Quinoa & Lentil Salad


I was too lazy to hit the grocery store so I decided to improvise with what I already had. And I loved it! I would definitely have it again even as a side dish with a nice meat or fish!! Mmmmm! 

People have to be careful when it comes to eating quinoa, although it is healthy for you, just 1 cup of cooked quinoa contains 223 calories! I had no idea, so just be careful with your portions! Hope you enjoy!

Recipe :

★ Cooked Quinoa

★ Cooked Lentils

★ Feta Cheese

★ Red Pepper

You could add a sauce or throw some hot sauce in there for a kick but plain is good too!

Leon Bridges: Bringing Soul Music Back From the Dead

If you haven’t already heard the amazing artist Leon Bridges from Fort Worth, Texas, you are in for a nice treat! His style is a blend of soul, gospel he reminds me of one of my favorite soul artists the late Sam Cooke.
